Taking the same pill or power every day for a prolonged or even short term period may cause your body to adjust. I have found this particularly true with Maca and Vit C.

Furthermore, living a completely stress-free life is not the key to an optimal health, stress in the right amount and times can help optimize your overall wellbeing
